A Vectora Ventures software product

GrihaSetu for clearer apartment operations.

GrihaSetu is a multi-tenant platform for apartment communities with 5–50 flats. It gives administrators, owners, and tenants a shared, accountable way to manage maintenance, payments, expenses, records, and AI-assisted insights.

Product in action

Designed around the screens apartment communities use every day.

From maintenance follow-ups to expense visibility and community communication, the product is built for clear action on a phone.

Built for smaller communities

Essential administration, without the complexity of an enterprise suite.

A platform super administrator registers each community, while its apartment administrator manages flats, residents, dues, payments, expenses, and records within that community’s own data boundary.

GrihaSetu is a product Vectora Ventures is building and operating for repeated use across communities. It is being prepared for a controlled pilot, not developed as client work.

01 · Set up

Create the community record.

Register the apartment, appoint its first administrator, add up to 50 flats, and invite owners or tenants.

02 · Collect

Keep maintenance payments traceable.

Generate monthly dues, hand residents to the apartment’s own UPI ID, and review their submitted bank references.

03 · Account

See what has been collected and approved.

Verified payments create receipts. Expense bills follow an independent approval flow before they affect balances.

Product capabilities

The operational record for the community.

AI expense intelligence

Move from expense records to practical improvement opportunities.

GrihaSetu analyses approved spending by category, monthly trend, and cost per active flat to surface AI-assisted insights for apartment administrators and owners.

  • Flag categories that make up an unusually large share of approved spend.
  • Call attention to material month-on-month increases and pending expense reviews.
  • Suggest questions to explore, such as vendor rates, utility usage, and maintenance-charge planning.

Suggestions support community decisions; GrihaSetu never creates expenses, changes maintenance, or approves a payment automatically.

How payments work

The platform records the payment; it does not hold community funds.

Residents pay the apartment’s UPI ID directly through their chosen UPI app. They then submit the payment reference, and an apartment administrator verifies or rejects it. A verified payment produces a receipt.

This gives the community a clear record without positioning GrihaSetu as a payment intermediary.
